From 2007 to 2008, we undertake Xiamen Xiang'an undersea tunnel (national 863 project key projects), fire system rain valve built-in high-pressure rubber diaphragm development project! After more than a year of hard research and trial and error successfully passed the Xiamen Fire Research Institute, two-way pressure 6MPa unexploited 259200s inspection and acceptance, creating domestic and foreign fabric diaphragm two-way pressure record. At the end of 2009, Xiang'an Undersea Tunnel fire protection system was successfully tested and won the Science and Technology Innovation Award of China.
In 2010, we successfully developed a 0.12mm-thick rubber cloth diaphragm for Chongqing new energy equipment gas-fired generator set, and exported it to the United States. This type of diaphragm is widely used in household generator sets, and the thickness of 0.12mm is the pioneer in China.
In 2011 we began to develop rubber composite diaphragm. The diaphragm is made of PTFE, rubber, fabric and metal parts, four-in-one vulcanization, and the bonding technology has been unanimously recognized by the industry.
In 2012, we were a special guest of the 4th (Suzhou) Rubber Technology Exchange and became a member of the Special Shanghai Functional Film Research Committee.
In 2013, after years of unremitting efforts to finally rely on China's imported power plant cloth bag dust remover (Carlock series diaphragm) research and development success. Greatly increase the service life of the diaphragm, after 2 million repeated fatigue tests, breaking the highest record at home and abroad, has been unanimously praised by customers.
In 2014, German customers came to our company to investigate pneumatic valve diaphragm, this product is in accordance with European standards, after trial and error finally developed the outer diameter of 640mm, height 160mm precision 0.05 plus large rubber clad diaphragm, and successfully passed the customer designated testing agency Shanghai Stander detection indicators, the successful establishment of Sino-German cooperative relations.
At the beginning of 2015, we successful development of blister dung sewage system with rubber leak plug and access to the national invention patent. In 2015, he was president of the Korean Chamber of Commerce, Park Geun-hye. President Jin developed high-performance films for test equipment. After 3 months of repeated testing and final development success and signed a China-designated supplier agreement, the establishment of China-ROK cooperative relations.
