In 2010, we successfully developed a 0.12mm-thick rubber cloth diaphragm for Chongqing new energy equipment gas-fired generator set, and exported it to the United States. This type of diaphragm is widely used in household generator sets, and the thickness of 0.12mm is the pioneer in China. In 2011, it began to develop rubber composite diaphragms. The diaphragm is made of PTFE + rubber + fabric cloth + metal parts four-in-one vulcanization at one time, and the bonding technology has been unanimously recognized by the industry.
