Product Description

Transfer Molded Neoprene Gaskets Compression Molding Rubber Seals

Introduction:

Hongum specializes in precision die cut and molded neoprene rubber gaskets and seals for a wide range of industries and applications worldwide. Neoprene is an extremely versatile synthetic black rubber used for harsh environment applications due to its excellent resistance to oil and petroleum base solvents. Neoprene resists deprivation from sun, ozone and other weather elements. It also displays incredible resistance to damage caused by flexing and twisting. Another advantage of neoprene rubber is that it has very good resistance to dilute acids, alkalis, oils, greases and solvents. Neoprene has the ability to work well in temperatures ranging from -40°F to +230°F, intermittent to +250°F. Neoprene gaskets are used for equipment in all industries.

The main products of rubber sealing gaskets are: silicone pads, nitrile rubber pads, fluorine rubber pads, and other rubber pads.
