Damping characteristics of rubber:
The reason why rubber shock absorbers are so widely used is that they effectively use the following characteristics of rubber:
1. Rubber has high elasticity and viscoelasticity;
2. Compared with the steel material, the rubber's deformation is large and its modulus is small;
3. The impact stiffness of rubber is greater than the dynamic stiffness, and the dynamic stiffness is greater than the static stiffness, which is conducive to reducing the impact deformation and dynamic deformation;
4, rubber shape can be freely chosen, hardness can be adjusted by formula design, can meet the requirements of different directions of stiffness and strength.
Introduction:
Rubber spring is a kind of high elastic body, made of ordinary rubber material. The elastic modulus of rubber spring is small, and the elastic deformation after load is large, so as to absorb shock and vibration. It can be subjected to multiple loads at the same time, but the high temperature resistance and oil resistance is worse than the steel spring. If there are special requirements it can be made of oil resistant rubber. The product has good vibration reduction effect, small resonance field, long service life, low cost, good cold resistance, excellent air tightness, waterproof, electrical insulation, is the best choice for vibration reduction.
Rubber spring is mainly used in vibration machinery, double-decker bus, truck and other industrial machinery, rubber spring is commonly used in mechanical equipment, vehicle walking mechanism and suspension, vibration reduction and buffering. The rubber springs can also be designed into various structure forms according to the work requirements.
