Introduction:

 

The rolling diaphragm is shaped like a top hat in the free state. It is made of rubber with silk cloth. The middle hole on the top is used for installing the valve stem. (1) There should be no straight edges and corners at the corners of the diaphragm, and arcs should be made to avoid easy fracture after folding and loss of glue during vulcanization. (2) Diaphragm material: nitrile rubber is used for natural gas and LPG, and chlorohydrin rubber is used for gas.
(3) There is an elastic polyester cloth interlayer in the diaphragm. Carefully observe the inner and outer surfaces of the diaphragm. One side can vaguely see the pattern of the mesh cloth, and the other side is a smooth surface. The smooth surface is required to be the pressure surface of the gas. Therefore, For the diaphragm installed in the forward direction, the smooth surface is on the inner surface of the diaphragm, and the smooth surface of the diaphragm installed in the reverse direction is on the outer surface, which can avoid leakage and improve the compressive strength of the diaphragm.
