Introduction:
 
The rolling diaphragm is shaped like a top hat in the free state. It is made of rubber with silk cloth. The middle hole on the top is used for installing the valve stem. In order to fit, fix and seal, the top and bottom can be equipped with 0 type edge changer, or the bottom surrounding with mounting hole.

 
Materials details:
 
For the present, common materials for rolling diaphragm are: natural rubber (NR), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), the performance of the two materials can meet the needs of most industrial environments. In special industrial environments (high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance) could use EPDM, fluorine rubber (FKM), neoprene rubber (CR) for production, but the cost is relatively high.
