CR Rolling Diaphragm​ Introduction:


The rolling diaphragm is in the shape of a top hat in the free state. CR Rolling Diaphragm is made of rubber with silk cloth. The top middle hole is used to install the valve stem. In order to install, fix and seal, the top and bottom can have O-ring edges. Or in the form of fixing holes around the bottom edge.


(1) There should be no straight edges and corners at the corners of the diaphragm, and arcs should be made to avoid easy fracture after folding and loss of glue during vulcanization. The intersection of the inner wall of the sleeve and the end face should also be poured with arc angles to avoid sharp corners. piece.
(2) Diaphragm material: nitrile rubber is used for natural gas and LPG, and chlorohydrin rubber is used for gas.
(3) There is an elastic polyester cloth interlayer in the diaphragm. Carefully observe the inner and outer surfaces of the diaphragm. One side can vaguely see the pattern of the mesh cloth, and the other side is a smooth surface. The smooth surface is required to be the pressure surface of the gas. Therefore, For the diaphragm installed in the forward direction, the smooth surface is on the inner surface of the diaphragm, and the smooth surface of the diaphragm installed in the reverse direction is on the outer surface, which can avoid leakage and improve the compressive strength of the diaphragm.

 

 

CR Rolling Diaphragm​ Material details:

 

For the present, common materials for rolling diaphragm are: natural rubber (NR), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), the performance of the two materials can meet the needs of most industrial environments. In special industrial environments (high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance) could use EPDM, fluorine rubber (FKM), neoprene rubber (CR) for production, but the cost is relatively high.
