Almost all the pressure load of the rolling diaphragm is supported by the piston, and only a small part of the liquid pressure or gas pressure is supported by the narrow area of the diaphragm, so the rolling diaphragm can obtain greater pressure bearing capacity and higher thrust.
The rubber diaphragm is mainly used in the pneumatic film actuator, which can convert the control signal (DC4～20mA or 1-5V) output by the controller into the linear displacement of the valve stem through the (intelligent) electric valve positioner and the pneumatic film actuator. Or valve shaft angular displacement accessories.
