Brief introduction of electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm:

DB16 ( DB16/G ) Diaphragm ( Membrane ) for Mecair pulse valve VNP206, VEM206, VNP306, VEM306; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot operated valve is de - energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve.
